They are so friendly. Every time I have been in there to have my car serviced, they are friendly, car was ready when they said it would be. The free shuttle is a super added benefit, once they dropped to have my car serviced, they are friendly, car was ready when they said it would be. This is the first Subaru I have owned so I asked the service tech if he could find someone that could go over a few of the details of the car. Not only did he not follow up on that, I feel as if the car service tech if he could find someone that could go over a few of the details of the car. Not only did he not follow up on that, I feel as if the car was barely looked at in the hour and a half it took for the 30 K check. Car not running smoothly I would’ve thought you would’ve figured out a reason for that. It seems you only change the brake fluid and the oil and I took an entire day for you to service the car. I continue to get great service at this dealership. I'm fully aware there are other Subaru dealers in the valley and closer to my home.. But like they say " better the devil you know than the devil you don fully aware there are other Subaru dealers in the valley and closer to my home..
