I set an appointment with a different service advisor because I wasn’t having any luck getting any help from my current one. Upon arriving I got the same service advisor… ok I’ll give them another chance because I wasn’t having any luck getting any help from my current one. Upon arriving I got the same service advisor… ok I’ll give them another chance even though it’s my third trip for the same issue. I had to walk in to find someone and upon seeing me he didn’t seem very happy. He pops my hood and looks at it and goes come look it’s fine. I should have left then as I knew they wouldn’t look into it to find the issue. I asked them to perform a pressure test to see why I’m loosing so much coolant recently. I never have before but it’s gone down a lot recently and I only have 46k miles on a 2019 crosstrek and had white fog coming out of my ac at one point as well that I brought it in for. I walked back in with him and was waiting because I needed a ride from the shuttle to work as when I brought it on the weekend when I have a ride or can wait I was told by the tech that they don’t have enough people to look into my issues. I waited until a different advisor noticed I was waiting and asked if I needed help. I was told out of a nicety that they would take me but couldn’t bring me back because it was 11 miles and they only go 10 miles. That’s fine if that’s so but would have been nice to be told this. After 2 hours my car is ready to pick up with no issues but they topped off my coolant and said it’s normal to evaporate and need my radiator topped off after a pressure test. It seems like they topped it off with green radiator fluid also as it’s green in my reservoir tank now which is wrong but can’t get a confirmation from my advisor and not sure what to do if it’s already running through my car. They didn’t offer to wash it even which isn’t a big deal but just shows maybe don’t get on their bad side by expecting them to do a good job. Just a ton of bad experiences and customer service and I bought my car here new! More
Quick in and out on my oil and filter change and I guess a wheel alignment check. The reason I say I guess is because unlike the last time I had an alignment done here, I didn't get any type of printout sh a wheel alignment check. The reason I say I guess is because unlike the last time I had an alignment done here, I didn't get any type of printout showing where the alignment thrust and other adjustments were. When I actually got an alignment done I got the before and after of each of the adjustments/settings. Plus as quickly as I got out of there, I question if they really did check the alignment. More

The service department knew just what the car was being brought in for, had a brief discussion before taking the car back, and had it finished in a reasonable amount of time even though they were very busy brought in for, had a brief discussion before taking the car back, and had it finished in a reasonable amount of time even though they were very busy. My one negative concern is that their waiting space is TINY and in these days of Covid, people have to sit extremely close together. More

Took my vehicle in last Saturday for fuel pump recall and Starlink update and the service took 4-5 hrs but my son and I just kept returning a couple times and then it was all ready. They were very respectful Starlink update and the service took 4-5 hrs but my son and I just kept returning a couple times and then it was all ready. They were very respectful and knowledgeable ! I purchased my car there and have taken in for check-ups every six months for the last 3 yrs and each time they were very helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a honest and reliable dealership. Thanks to all !!!!! More
