I have used this dealership for 12 years with Garry Gonce as my rep. Gary is the kindest, most helpful man I have ever known. I am a single woman and I always feel taken care of by him. He knows what he is doing and should be given a raise in my opinion. He creates so much good will for your dealership. I had my oil changed and had to wait two hours which I felt was a long time as compared to the past. Of course, everything is more difficult these days. I will make a complaint about a younger representative who was sitting at the first desk on the right as you come in. He is trim, medium build with reddish brown hair and attractive. An African American employee who was a little overweight with unusual hair that stuck straight up in the middle came up to him and asked him to do something. The white guy snapped at him and told him "Do I look like I have time to do that?" I felt like it was verbal abuse and I did not appreciate being exposed to this while waiting for my car. The white guy should apologize to the other man for being a jerk. More
