AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale - Service Center

Although most of my visits for service since my purchase were fine. Let me tell you of my last from a few days ago. I had an APPOINTMENT for an oil change. I sat there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. They waive were fine. Let me tell you of my last from a few days ago. I had an APPOINTMENT for an oil change. I sat there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. They waived the cost of the oil change, however I’m very disappointed. Lastly I will add that my previous oil change took two hours as well. I doubt that I will be getting my oil changes there in the future. Oh yes, in an attempt to make this service appointment I made 4 phone calls and the prompts just went around and around so I reluctantly went to the internet. In order to schedule they needed my email. They message said my email wasn’t on file. Really? I entered my husband’s, also not on file. Strange because we have both received emails from the dealership. Since the on line appointment didn’t work it took 2 more phone calls before we reached a real person. If a dealership does not answer customer phone calls what is that telling you about them? ~Donna Hohn More

I've had a lot of experience with car issues and shady repair shops, to the point where car repairs give me extreme anxiety. With my new Crosstrek, I chose to take it to the dealership instead of finding repair shops, to the point where car repairs give me extreme anxiety. With my new Crosstrek, I chose to take it to the dealership instead of finding a shop and I am so thankful I did. I have always had Steven Russo as a service advisor and he has been a God send. I take it for regular maintenance and repairs, and most recently had a pretty severe repair. My air conditioning compressor and condenser got completely destroyed, and were not completely covered by my warranty. One part was on back order indefinitely, but I was moving across the country just a few weeks from my repair and needed my car. I was in tears in the dealership, but Steven got me hooked up with a beautiful loaner and provided me updates on my car. I got it back less than 2 weeks later and the air conditioning is working beautifully. After that, road debris took out one of my mud flaps. I texted Steven asking what part I needed and he had me stop by, and clipped the part back in himself out in front of the service repair area. He truly goes above and beyond, and so do the technicians and other staff here. I am highly impressed by the service/repair staff at Autonation. TLDR: I am highly impressed by the service/repair staff at Autonation. They go above and beyond for their customers. More
