My appointments are on time. The staff in service is approachable, my questions get answered or an inquiry by the staff. The facility is clean along with restrooms. I love the video that is sent from service after my car is returned. It includes a walk through video of what was checked and a summary. I leave feeling I have a safe vehicle. I never feel pressured and I do feel my car is cared for. This is my first SUV so I depend on the staff to keep my vehicle dependable. More

Have had my car in twice to address periodic SiriusXM reception failure and other audio problems. They just give me the “friendly run-around (excuses and theories that aren’t Subaru’s responsibility)” an reception failure and other audio problems. Although most of my visits for service since my purchase were fine. Let me tell you of my last from a few days ago. I had an APPOINTMENT for an oil change. I sat there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. They waive were fine. Let me tell you of my last from a few days ago. I had an APPOINTMENT for an oil change. I sat there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. They waived the cost of the oil change, however I’m very disappointed. Lastly I will add that my previous oil change took two hours as well. I doubt that I will be getting my oil changes there in the future. Oh yes, in an attempt to make this service appointment I made 4 phone calls and the prompts just went around and around so I reluctantly went to the internet. In order to schedule they needed my email. They message said my email wasn’t on file. Really? I entered my husband’s, also not on file. Strange because we have both received emails from the dealership. Since the on line appointment didn’t work it took 2 more phone calls before we reached a real person. If a dealership does not answer customer phone calls what is that telling you about them? ~Donna Hohn More

My unit is performing as new and I enjoy both the drive from Peoria to Scottsdale and spending a little time with the team, they are like family to me. More
