Normally my experience is excellent but this oil change I rate it only a good cause of several things and they might seem minor but they all add up. I asked if they would wash my car and they said they would rate it only a good cause of several things and they might seem minor but they all add up. They did not do it and did not tell me they didn’t do it so if you say you’re going to do some thing do it and if you can’t just let me know. Also one of the caps on my car tire was missing and they were a special order cap. They have to pay attention, everything adds up. They did not fill the windshield wiper fluid. More

I had a great experience purchasing my car and wanted to return for service. I received a sheet when finished with the oil change that all the different systems where checked. Said my tire pressure was 36 return for service. I received a sheet when finished with the oil change that all the different systems where checked. Said my tire pressure was 36. It's supposed to be 32. Two days later check tire light came on. I checked the pressure and it was 25 on all 4 tires. I had to fill up all 4 tires to 32 when I thought this was a simple check at the dealer. More
