The overall experience was good but missed the opportunity to be great. They had our vehicle, for a warranty transmission replacement for 3 weeks. This was due to not having the factory fluid on site. A new, smaller car was provided as a loaner, which was an inconvenience for the family. When returning our vehicle, after the work, it would have been nice to have been washed. It clearly sat outside all that time. This was a job that was supposed to take 2-3 days, ended up taking 3 weeks due to circumstances out of their control. We were very flexible with them. A wash or free oil change, at least, would have been nice. More

I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and Maintanence check. I thought I might need brakes on the front but the advisor never came to tell me if I was getting new brakes or not. I have had the service done at Maita and usually it takes about an hour and the service advisor keeps me informed so I was not happy I had to wait almost 2 hours with no information. More

Heather is my service advisor and she always makes sure I get the best deal for the services provided, even if my coupons are expired. She also helps me decide what services have the most priority. I chose to go elsewhere but the service technicians made sure my car was running when I left the dealership, so I could drive safely to a nearby car part store for a new battery. Thank you Heather. I brought my 2010 Forester in for service because it was making a whine noise and the check engine light was on and i needed an oil change. After reviewing the car it was determined the catalytic converter making a whine noise and the check engine light was on and i needed an oil change. After reviewing the car it was determined the catalytic converter was bad, the sensors in the tires for air pressure needed changing, the front end alignment was needed, the brakes needed work, the tires were worn, the brake fluid needed flushing, the power steering fluid needed flushing and the front end bushings needed replacement. all at a cost of $8,000. I told Raj to do the catalytic, the bushings, the alignment, and the oil change. the cost was determined to be $3900. Parts had to be ordered. 9 days later parts came in wrong.and the correct parts were $2000 more. You had my car for two weeks. I picked it up last night. The whining sound that I mentioned when I dropped it off was louder than it was when I dropped it off. Im blown away that your mechanic could analyze the vehicle for dirty fluids yet miss the ungodly whining sound in the engine. Of course I picked it up last minuet when you closed so I couldn't give it back. I paid $6280 and my car wasn't fixed.. More
