One my recent service they drained up to 1/3 of my fuel from the tank to perform a recall and didn't bother to even mention it to me. I had to read about it when I got home. I thought that my tank was lea from the tank to perform a recall and didn't bother to even mention it to me. I had to read about it when I got home. I thought that my tank was leaking before I read the reason on the paperwork. So I'm just out the money for the near 1/3 tank of $4.26/gallon gas because of the recall service. The service team also un-installed my 5 year old's car seat, but instead of leaving it un-installed so that I knew to properly reinstall it, they partially, and incorrectly re-installed it. I didn't notice the poor installation until the next day after my daughter had ridden in the car with me twice. Good thing we weren't in an accident during those 24 hrs. A head's up or mention of the necessity to move the car seat would have been greatly appreciated, so that I knew to check it for proper installation after my service. More

Automation Subaru Roseville has serviced my 2 Subarus for years. The recall notice for a fuel pump replacement caused me to make an appt for 9a.m.. the notice said to expect it to be an hour and 15 minutes, years. Jason, the service agent, was very nice and honest when he said it could take up to 3 hours. He was right. And I was disappointed. The waiting room was a revolving door of people who were having their cars serviced and I was almost the last one to get my car. Was the issue staffing shortage? More
