I received wonderful service. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to service area. A few minutes later my service advisor , Jason came out and we talked about my service needs. This was my first visit for service to AutoNation Subaru in Roseville. I worked with Shea Smith as my service advisor. I had an excellent experience. The issue with my 2018 Subaru Outback was diagnosed corr in Roseville. I worked with Shea Smith as my service advisor. I had an excellent experience. The issue with my 2018 Subaru Outback was diagnosed correctly and corrected. I had a defective battery and Shea was able to get that replaced and also knew that there was an extended warranty on the battery . So he was able to get that replaced at no charge to me. They also did a check of the vehicle and noted the tires are getting close to needing to be replaced. He provided me with several cost estimates for this. Shea was very knowledgeable, helpful and there was no pressure to buy new tires now. I will definitely return here for service in the future. More
