Cody Pickinpaugh is a top notch service advisor. He is absolutely terrific, and is ALWAYS absolutely terrific. He genuinely cares about his customers and is always willing to go the extra mile without anyone asking, he is excellent. The service mechanics are awesome. My vehicles run the same as the day I purchased them -because the mechanics know what they are doing. I want to leave 5 stars because Cody is so wonderful, but making a reservation was horrendous! I could not make an appointment online, the system was down for over a week. I tried the chat service, the per making a reservation was horrendous! I could not make an appointment online, the system was down for over a week. I tried the chat service, the person was almost non-responsive. That person suggested I call the dealership. Once I called, they told me to text, so I did and was given an error message from the response I was given attached in the text message! In the end, I called my Service Advisor, Cody Pickinpaugh directly and he instantly made my appointment. The service was easy, piece of cake. I will remember next time to call Cody directly. He's always so kind and courteous and seems to really care about my car. More
