I was a little apprehensive had always worked with Lacy but she was no longer available so Jason was my service person and he was great. I was received very professionally and at no time did he fail to an but she was no longer available so Jason was my service person and he was great. I bought my 2021 car around April last year and have only 3000 miles on it and really not sure to have it serviced but Raz thought it was a good idea to be sure. He was pleasant. It took a little over an hour. Had a nice cup of coffee. Thankful everyone wore their masks and room was set up for 6 ft apart for pandemic purposes. Very clean and seemed sanitized. Good experience. I AM CONSIDERING THE SHORTAGE OF WORKERS AS THE MAJOR PROBLEM. WHEN I GOT HOME A OIL COVER FELL OFF. THE CAR WAS NOT WASHED. I HAD CAR TOWED AND THE COMPANY THAT THEY CONTRACT WITH WAS VERY DISORGANIZED PROBLEM. WHEN I GOT HOME A OIL COVER FELL OFF. THE CAR WAS NOT WASHED.
