I like this Subaru Dealer, they are all nice in the service Dept. They vac & clean my car & make sure it’s ready to go. Very friendly and call when I needed an update. My advisor takes time to talk and make sure that I’m happy with decisions I need to do. Like get new tires first then come back to do the suspension work and alignment. I like they gave me a copy of the repair on the new system print out. Much easier to understand. A special thank you to those who first greet you and the set ice Dept., Raj Sarin. More

You make an appointment, take your car in at the designated time, wait over 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge you only to have a giant orange placard placed on your windshield ... thinking your designated time, wait over 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge you only to have a giant orange placard placed on your windshield ... thinking your next for service and someone will acknowledge you but nope you wait another 10 minutes until the person who is handling your appointment happens BY CHANCE to see you waiting...how did I know this? because she said she wasn't notified I was there!!!!!! she "just happened" to look out the window and see the orange placard. SERIOUSLY? 6 people walking around the car check in service area dazed and confused, one person vacuuming cars and no one co ordinating the check in service. My service was 60k so it was over $2,000 after all was said and done. No one notified me when my car was done. I had to call and request my service agent call me when it was done...no call ever came. I had to call, TWICE! I received no receipt. Nothing. I was told I would get an email. I got an email for the payment but not for what service was done. I would still like a copy for my records. When I go in for an oil change, my car drives great when I pick it up. The emergency break is "tight" and all is well. But with this service the ONLY thing I noticed was my seat was moved. My break still pulls all the way up, so was the work done??? I have no idea and I have no proof I took my car in for this service since I did not get a copy of the invoice. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! More
