I was pleased as usual with my service and treatment at Subaru Roseville. Raj Sarin is my regular service technician, and is always gracious, welcoming, and very professional. My wife arrived early, she was not greeted and finally a young man checked her in and told her that she could sit inside but her car would not be serviced until her appt time. She was never contacted by the young man checked her in and told her that she could sit inside but her car would not be serviced until her appt time. She was never contacted by the assigned advisor until her car was ready. She waited 2 1/2 hours before her car was completed. We usually have Jason who is very customer service friendly & we will make sure he is our advisor in the future. As a additional comment, my wife noticed a scratch on the right front of out car, not knowing if it had been there prior, she called the dealership and asked for a return call from the advisor. Still no return call! More

This Dealership was the best I've ever been in. Service was great and timely. The lounge was clean and socially distanced, and it had the best coffee maker I have seen since my cruise.
