We had a flat tire and dropped it off to be repaired or replaced. Stopped by the next day to pick it up and have it reinstalled. Paley helped us both times. Went in for a windshield replacement. I made an appt for 7 am, but when I dropped off my car I was informed that the windshield tech wouldn’t be there until around noon. I was given a loa I made an appt for 7 am, but when I dropped off my car I was informed that the windshield tech wouldn’t be there until around noon. I was given a loaner for the day, free of charge, but it did take longer than expected for the replacement to be done, and I don’t know what happened about the supposed 7am appt. Everything went fine overall, and Paeli was a great assistance to me. I’m happy to have my new windshield, and absolutely love my Subaru Forester Sport. I would say AutoNation Subaru overall does a good job. More
