I always ask for Cody as my Service advisor. He is very kind and honest when I visit Subaru Roseville. He told me my appointment would be a couple of hours (I was waiting at the showroom), but He is very kind and honest when I visit Subaru Roseville. He told me my appointment would be a couple of hours (I was waiting at the showroom), but it look maybe an hour and a half. Nice not to have to wait very long. The waiting area is large and well-stocked with coffee, tea, and water. All in all, I feel like I get good service when I bring my car in and have Cody Pickenpaugh as my service advisor. More

First time taking my Subaru to this service center. Raj was so patient, helpful, honest and realistic. He explained all the options and let me make the decisions without pressure.
