Disappointed in poor communication. Need to communicate better with customers about time needed for basic maintenance. I was told basic service would take 1 1/2 hours. So I agreed to stay @ Roseville Subaru Autnation & wait to have service completed. Did not expect to wait all day! Or would have dropped off my car & returned later to pick it up. Service is not complete. Waiting for some parts to arrive @ dealer to bring car back for more service work. More

I have called Jason Wanner, Service Advisor, four times in past two weeks leaving messages to call me concerning a touch screen repair due to de-lamination discovered on a service visit November 21, 2022. in past two weeks leaving messages to call me concerning a touch screen repair due to de-lamination discovered on a service visit November 21, 2022. Initially told there were supply chain issues for chips. Check in June 2023 and issues continued to exist. No calls returned so don't know what the issue is currently, but I don't believe there is an issue with chips anymore. More

2020 Outback. 2.5 hours for an oil change, I had an appointment, not a drop in. Was told I needed tires and an alignment bc of wear of 1 tire. Also needed air filt 2.5 hours for an oil change, I had an appointment, not a drop in. Was told I needed tires and an alignment bc of wear of 1 tire. Also needed air filters. I was not prepared to buy 4 tires for a 3 yo car, and I felt they should've recommended an alignment at a previous service if it was bad enough to cause that much wear between oil changes. I said I'd go ahead with the air filters but I don't think they did it, and they gave me the oil change for free bc it took so long. In the end I feel like they were just interested in selling me tires to the tune of 1000, not truly taking care of my vehicle. They should have recommended replacing 1 tire (shaved to match the 3 other good tires), an alignment and air filters. I will be looking for another place to service my Subaru. More
