I've never been disappointed with this dealership. My service advisor Cody always greets me at my car with a walk around and then on to his station. The service department is very unprofessional. No follow through, no communication. Service Manager desperately needs customer service training. I lived out of state when I purchased my 2021 Legacy. Once through, no communication. Service Manager desperately needs customer service training. I lived out of state when I purchased my 2021 Legacy. Once I moved here I started bringing my Legacy to this dealer for service. I began having issues with the radio freezing, sometimes the radio would be on and all of a sudden no sound even if I changed stations. Sometimes the display screen would just sit and spin. I started getting warnings to stay alert or to keep my eyes on the road when I was looking at the road. I took the vehicle in and they tried to duplicate the issues but could t. The issues were intermittent. They had just updated the software (which made the issues worse) so the tried resetting the system etc. a couple of days later the issues happened again. I called Lacey and left her a voicemail which was never returned. I then called the Service Manager, Mike, and told him what was happening. When I told him Lacey had not returned my calls and asked what kind of customer service that was he said that was something she would have to answer. He wanted me to bring my car in again (30 minute drive one way) which I reluctantly did. I explained that I realized the issues were intermittent making diagnosing more difficult however I should not have to drive and make payments a brand new expensive carvthat wasn’t working properly. His solution was to keep driving it until the system completely stops working and said that he has a “2020 Outback that has intermittent issues and that’s what he’s doing”. Not acceptable! I finally resorted to taking videos of the issues when they occurred. They reviewed but said they still could t do anything. More
I waited for the car, when I made appointment they never told me it would be 4 to 6 hours. Cody is service representative, got them to work on it right away and got me out of shop in 2:45 . I was so pleased with buying a car through Roseville Subaru. From the moment I emailed and heard from Corey, to meeting in person, his knowledge of the Outback, his relaxed personality and ease of conv Subaru. Buying a car is always a little stressful and if you have the wrong kind of Salesman, you can turn away and take your business somewhere else. I live in Elk Grove and that week I did not feel it at the EG Subaru. I was also so surprised that the entire process was done in 2 1/2 hours. Any time we have bought cars at Nissan, it is at least a 6 hour process! I also want to say thank you to Bradley! Both men were nothing but a pleasure to work with. It was funny B/C I brought my 19 yr old daughter and told her that it would be long day. As we were in the signing office she said , “these guys are so nice.” I responded that this was not the norm. I needed servicing on my Subaru Forrester, made my appointment well in advance for me,because we were driving over an hour plus away. I asked for a rental and they also delivered on that. Got a ride t appointment well in advance for me,because we were driving over an hour plus away. I asked for a rental and they also delivered on that. Got a ride to Enterprise for my rental, and Lacy kept me informed all along the way. Love this place! More
