Honestly is key. I knew I had bought in advance the oil changes and the maintenance. The guy that helped me lied to my face stating that he took care of my maintenance him self so that I didn’t have to pay changes and the maintenance. The guy that helped me lied to my face stating that he took care of my maintenance him self so that I didn’t have to pay anything. In Reality I have already pre-paid all the maintenance that was required to my vehicle. So why couldn’t he say everything was prepaid so you don’t owe anything. Instead of trying to make himself look like he did a solid for me and lying to me. For what? To make him look better? So I can give him all 5’s?? Be honest man. That’s how you get your customers to TRUST your business and what you are saying is true and not to better them self. Now going forward how do I believe the coworkers telling me anything?? Most importantly when the customer knows exactly what they have paid for. More
