Irepresentative, not truthful. I had bought a tire warranty valid until 2023. Checked the car in at 7:30am, for a tire check bec the warning light is flashing. Raj stated that i shld be getting a pho warranty valid until 2023. Checked the car in at 7:30am, for a tire check bec the warning light is flashing. Raj stated that i shld be getting a phone call to update me on what needs to be done as soon as possible & if i can leave the car for a few hours. NO phone call still 3 hrs later, tried calling the office,, so difficult to get an update. To sum it all up, i ended picking up my car at 1:30 unresolved & brought it to American tire.. Very dissappointed. evertime i come here for the last 4 years. Friendliness is deceiving. More

Sadly I can’t rate any higher than a 3. This is an average of a “1” for the technician who did the work and a “5” for Raj as my advisor. Hmmmm, I didn’t know I drove through a dust storm. Come on you guys, don’t try to BS me on what’s ok and not ok. My trust in the dealership maintenance is really nonexistent now. More

Generally I have a 5 star experience @ this dealership but recently got "tricked" into oil change service as received not 1! but 2! emails stating I had pre-paid oil change service to use or lose, so I b but recently got "tricked" into oil change service as received not 1! but 2! emails stating I had pre-paid oil change service to use or lose, so I booked service. I didn't realize that when I purchased my car that was included so I was excited! BUT!!! upon arrival to my appt. I was informed that there was a computer glitch & I had no "free" pre-paid services!! Well, my car needed an oil change & since I was already there I was told best price they could give me was $103!!! (That includes a tire rotation). Service rep wasn't very empathetic to my situation but did offer 10% discount ($10) better than nothing, right?? EXCEPT I'm told it will take 1.5 hrs! Ok. Fine. Mind you I had an appointment!! 2 hrs & 45 minutes later I decide it's time to ask what the xxxx is taking so long & the guy tells me "oh, it's been ready for about 20 mins..." He didn't feel the need to inform me as I was sitting in their waiting area!! What the xxxx!!??? So of course I'm irritated & express my dissatisfaction & instead of saying "sorry" & offering any sort of compensation for taking twice as long!! he tells me "I'm busy.' I did phone the manager & he called me back so that's something, but like a coupon for next time maybe??? I wouldn't have even made the appt. for oil change there as a lot more expensive than other local shops that have coupons for like $60. And tire rotation included!!! More
