We discussed what the initial servicing would cover and some additional items that I wanted looked at. When I went to leave I found out that the instrument panel display hadn’t been updated by the service technician and was still telling me I needed oil change/etc. Heather got a tech to correct the problem immediately so I didn’t have to check the car back in to service. I’ll definitely book my next servicing through Heather (although if she’s not available the whole service department is very good and I’m sure an alternate would be okay). More

Irepresentative, not truthful. I had bought a tire warranty valid until 2023. Checked the car in at 7:30am, for a tire check bec the warning light is flashing. Raj stated that i shld be getting a pho warranty valid until 2023. Checked the car in at 7:30am, for a tire check bec the warning light is flashing. Raj stated that i shld be getting a phone call to update me on what needs to be done as soon as possible & if i can leave the car for a few hours. NO phone call still 3 hrs later, tried calling the office,, so difficult to get an update. To sum it all up, i ended picking up my car at 1:30 unresolved & brought it to American tire.. Very dissappointed. evertime i come here for the last 4 years. Friendliness is deceiving. More
