When the check engine oil light came on unexpectedly in my 2015 Outback, I decided to stop by Autonation Subaru in the Roseville Automall in hopes that they could service my car that day. Andrew was prompt my 2015 Outback, I decided to stop by Autonation Subaru in the Roseville Automall in hopes that they could service my car that day. Andrew was prompt and friendly in assisting me when I arrived in the service drive. I explained my concern and ask if they had time to check my car without an appointment. He was friendly, courteous, and happy to assist me. He directed me to service advisor Raj who was able to get my car into the shop that morning. This was my first visit to AutoNation Subaru. Raj made sure that my vehicle was inspected thoroughly so that I could address any necessary maintenance to keep my car in tip top shape. After my first visit to AutoNation Subaru's Service Department, I have decided to switch my primary service provider. Thank you Raj and Andrew for the great customer service experience. I have spent over 40 years in the customer service industry and this kind of genuine customer service is truly rare to find these days. Thank you. More
