I was a little apprehensive had always worked with Lacy but she was no longer available so Jason was my service person and he was great. I bought my 2021 car around April last year and have only 3000 miles on it and really not sure to have it serviced but Raz thought it was a good idea to be sure. He was pleasant. It took a little over an hour. Had a nice cup of coffee. Thankful everyone wore their masks and room was set up for 6 ft apart for pandemic purposes. Very clean and seemed sanitized. Good experience. I placed a deposit to order a new BRZ with Mr. Zen Seniuk. He is undoubtedly the best salesman I have ever worked with. I only know about the service side. I had Jim Carrey for more years than I can count and then he moved to Texas but I’ve known Heather for a number of years and it’s a no brainer to be with Heather she is f more years than I can count and then he moved to Texas but I’ve known Heather for a number of years and it’s a no brainer to be with Heather she is fantastic as a person she knows cars she knows Customer Service and she takes your concerns and your worries very seriously I would recommend her above everybody else simply because of my history with her and she knows I’m picky and how much I do love my car More
I AM CONSIDERING THE SHORTAGE OF WORKERS AS THE MAJOR PROBLEM. WHEN I GOT HOME A OIL COVER FELL OFF. THE CAR WAS NOT WASHED. I HAD CAR TOWED AND THE COMPANY THAT THEY CONTRACT WITH WAS VERY DISORGANIZED PROBLEM. WHEN I GOT HOME A OIL COVER FELL OFF. THE CAR WAS NOT WASHED.
