Twice now they have charged me for broken clips on molding around driver seat but cannot tell me how they keep breaking!! @ a cost of >$100+ it's getting a little irritating not to mention expensive! molding around driver seat but cannot tell me how they keep breaking!! @ a cost of >$100+ it's getting a little irritating not to mention expensive! :-( their service prices are costly and they will only let you use 1 coupon @ a time & do not rotate tires complimentary with an oil change like most places ($20) More

My service advisor was great. The price was fair. Work was completed at the expected speed. Here is where I was concerned: while the business posted signs requiring a mask upon entry, nearly every employe was completed at the expected speed. Here is where I was concerned: while the business posted signs requiring a mask upon entry, nearly every employee did not wear a mask and there was no enforcement of the mask requirement on other customers. (Thankfully, my service advisor wore a mask without any personal appeal to do so.) I am vaccinated, boosted and received my seasonal flu shot. However, the disregard for others is especially unfortunate for anyone who is immunocompromised, or anyone who with young children who cannot yet get vaccinated. More

I bought my Outback in Auburn but live in Roseville. It is much more convenient to take my car in to the AUTOMALL in Roseville. They treat me extremely well. Lacey Black was my first coordinator, Paeli to is much more convenient to take my car in to the AUTOMALL in Roseville. They treat me extremely well. Lacey Black was my first coordinator, Paeli took her place and is every bit as GREAT 👍. She gets me in fast, out quickly and has been instrumental in getting extraordinarily rare happenings fixed. I rate her at 110%. More
