I have never encountered a sales pitch as honest as this one. Direct and simplified. Staffs are very knowledgable and accomodating. Our first time dealing with the Subaru sales woman was a total waste of time. I have an excellent credit score and when she ran my credit she told me that I qualified for a 5.04% APR! I was in shock. Way t total waste of time. I have an excellent credit score and when she ran my credit she told me that I qualified for a 5.04% APR! I was in shock. Way too high!!! We got up and left. This did not settle well with me. I was very upset. I called back and talked to the General Manager and asked him why the Subaru website stated 2.9% (for well qualified buyer like myself) on their website. He did his research and called me back half hour later. He proceeded to say that I did qualify for the 2.9%, then explained why. I was annoyed. I took a leap of faith and went in again, this time around asking for a better sales person to finalize the deal. We crunched numbers and were out of there by 8:30pm. More
