Jason, our service advisor kept us up to date on service-very polite and efficient. Although we have a Subaru dealer and service in Auburn, we go to the Roseville location because service at the Aub service-very polite and efficient. Although we have a Subaru dealer and service in Auburn, we go to the Roseville location because service at the Auburn dealership is below Subaru standards and we'll drive the 30 miles to Roseville past the 10 mile drive in Auburn. Advisors have always been up front to let us know what is required to keep our Crosstrek in good condition. More
I am very pleased with my service advisor, Jason Wanner. He has been good to work with for many years now. However, I am not so happy with AutoNation Corp. which I assume is a large corporate entity that co He has been good to work with for many years now. However, I am not so happy with AutoNation Corp. which I assume is a large corporate entity that covers all of the Autowest dealerships. I was sent no less than 4 large postcards basically saying that I needed to get my back brakes replaced immediately or I was in imminent danger even though Jason and the mechanics working on my car said my back brakes were at a 4 and were still good. Also every time Jason makes a future appointment for me for six months later the appointment is somehow cancelled within a week or two of my appointment. I have asked him to stop making these appointments in advance as they seem to always cancel themselves every time after I have arranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment. I also was disappointed to learn that the customer service center person I talked to about the last concern as mentioned above is not even at the Subaru dealership but is located somewhere else. Am I to assume that she is the scheduler for all of Autowest dealerships? I am happy with the service at the local Roseville Autowest Subaru dealership. I get prompt service and have always been satisfied with Jason's customer service in seeing that my car's maintenance is done in a thorough and timely manner. More

Sales team is very good but the service writers are horrible, they have decent customer service but they DO NOT take care of the customer. I went in to do some warranty work on my 2011 Subaru Forester horrible, they have decent customer service but they DO NOT take care of the customer. I went in to do some warranty work on my 2011 Subaru Forester that I bought from them. The service writer said he started the warranty paperwork but I never heard back from him. I tried calling back multiple times to remind him and he never went forward with anything. I’m going to have to go to the Maita Subaru on Fulton because I was never followed up on.DO NOT say that you are going to take care of me and not actually follow through with your word! The service writers must not care at the auto nation Subaru in Roseville. More
