Nice clean dealership. Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable service people. The staff here is very friendly and would definitely come back to get my car serviced here again. It was a quick process. You drive up to the service port at the time of your appointment, they check you in, back to get my car serviced here again. It was a quick process. Took my car in for it's first service and was really impressed. Someone came and met me as soon as I pulled up, got Cody, my service advisor, and he took care of everything. Svcs dept rep did not seem to know what he was doing. Problem was NOT diagnosed, technician was a transmission specialist and not familiar with the car's issue. Trial and error approach to detecting th Problem was NOT diagnosed, technician was a transmission specialist and not familiar with the car's issue. Trial and error approach to detecting the cause of unstable oil pressure. The procedures were not explained at the beginning. I left after a bill for $475 with no resolution and a recommendation of spending another $1,000 for an engine harness that still may not solve the problem. What???? aren't diagnostic machines supposed to good at determining the cause?? Apparently not, but let's go ahead with a $189 fee to run a test. Very poor approach with no result. More
