I went to AutoNation Subaru Roseville knowing that I wanted to purchase a new Subaru, but was not really sure which car I wanted. JR was very patient with me as I went back and forth, test drove vehicl wanted to purchase a new Subaru, but was not really sure which car I wanted. I can not explain enough how friendly everyone was at this dealership. Cory, our sales representative, answered all of our questions before, and after we have gotten to the dealership. Even the manager(I’m terrible with names) checked in with us to let us know how all the progress of our purchase. We were skeptical of wanting to travel this far for a vehicle(we travel by train and bus), but AutoNation Subaru Roseville’s team made the trip worth while! Such a piece of xxxx waste of time. I have never been so annoyed and disappointed about an experience, especially dealing with a business that you would expect to have at minimum decent I have never been so annoyed and disappointed about an experience, especially dealing with a business that you would expect to have at minimum decent customer service. Customer satisfaction and xxxxx is something this company does not have. They have wasted both my time and money. After taking my car to be appraised which they completed and made an offer. I came back to accept their offer. After wasting HOURS of my time, completing forms they asked for a ridiculous amount of random unnecessary documents although I have the title of my car they were allegedly planning on buying from me. In addition they asked for the original bill of sale from when I bought the car. I provided it. Then they asked for a letter from the finance company stating that I had paid off the vehicle (again although I already had the physical pink slip, title in hand). Again, unnecessary but I obliged. Asked them to CONFIRM that was ALL they needed. I received a typical piece of xxxx ball-less response of "it should be". Once again wasting time going down there now that again I have provided every random a*s document they could think of asking for that was unnecessary. After waiting there yet again they thought of another random a*s document they could ask for. Now they asked to physically go down to the finance company and have them print out a document reiterating in a 17th version the same information that the car was paid off and owned by me. Again, yet more and more pissed off this time I drove down and complied yet again, foolishly. After returning for more time wasting they came back yet again to let me know that even though I provided every document to ever be created they still were not satisfied. If this wasn't the biggest waste of my life then idk xxx is. Do not waste your time on this piece of xxxx company. They will act like they want to buy your car and then proceed to waste at least a good portion of your life. At minimum they could have just let us know they offered too high and are backing out but instead proceeded to make us jump through a million hoops and eventually tell them to f**k off. 10/10 do not recommend unless of course you have access to the original Declaration of Independence that you can provide to them, they will not be satisfied.
