I take my Forester in every six months for its check up. The staff is wonderful . They have a very nice waiting area and even supply desks if needed. Nice coffee. Very happy with the service. My son's vehicle was towed in after driving through a large hole in the road. We Received an estimate for repairs ( After asking for one 4 separate times), the parts prices that where 10% to 400% HIGHER large hole in the road. We Received an estimate for repairs ( After asking for one 4 separate times), the parts prices that where 10% to 400% HIGHER than list price compared to another local Subaru dealer and every other Subaru dealer for that matter. The staff was cordial but the prices where much much higher than the competition. Needed to have the vehicle towed to a different shop where I received an estimate that was $2265.85 LESS than Auto Nation Subaru estimate. Being from out of town and not knowing a repair shop in the area, we felt that we were being taken advantage of. I would not recommend the service department due to outrageous pricing. I also Never received a call back from the General Manager concerning the pricing issue. More

We have owned 4 Subaru Outbacks since 1997 and have had them serviced at this location. We have always been treated with kindness and respect from sales and service personnel. Helpful, courteous and communicative. I had an electronics problem that was aggravating and scary. George Wolfe in the Service Dept. always takes really good care of my cars. Angel was able to fix the TPS issue without having to replace all of the sensors and only charged me $100. always takes really good care of my cars.
