I bought a new Subaru from this dealership and traded in my old Subaru. I left the garage door opener in the old car. When I realized this the next day, the saleswomen said, it was too late to get the click my old Subaru. I left the garage door opener in the old car. When I realized this the next day, the saleswomen said, it was too late to get the clicker back- the car had been sent elsewhere- no interest on her part trying to help me retrieve it. Great customer service, however my brand new 2021 Subaru Outback has been difficult to get accustomed to. The computer systems are confusing, even after a class with Titus. Dissatisfied with my first service appointment, after I specifically asked if checking fluid levels, like windshield wiper fluid, was included. Trevor assured me that everything would be checked on Friday. Strange how on Tuesday afternoon when I was driving home I got an alert that my windshield wiper fluid was low! Frustrating, but my husband filled it for me. More
