George was very accommodating while we waited for hours to get the Starlink 5G upgrade. I am from the IT world and expected the upgrade to take little time, so 3+ hours was a shock. George kept me informed on what had been completed and alerted me when it was 10 minutes to go. I usually go to Hanover PA where I bought the car, but decided to try Timonium MD which is 30 minutes south of where I live. I will certainly go back to Timonium for further service. More
