I had a wonderful experience at Subaru for my first service appointment. It was fast organized and timely. I love that everything could be done by text messaging as well as being able to pay for servic service appointment. It was fast organized and timely. I love that everything could be done by text messaging as well as being able to pay for services with my credit card online before I picked up my vehicle. My last car was a Toyota and I must say that Toyota service was terrible. The wait times were extensive. I love my new Subaru and my first experience with Subaru service was awesome. I was reminded about my appointment. The drop off time was minimal. I was texted when my car would be ready. And I was able to pay before picking up my car. My car was done on time and ready for me when I showed up. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am thus far. More

Excellent service. Joe was very efficient. Promised he would perform the needed service in an hour so i could wait in the pleasant waiting room and have a cup of coffee (which they provided) while the r would perform the needed service in an hour so i could wait in the pleasant waiting room and have a cup of coffee (which they provided) while the recommended work on the tires was accomplished.
