Spencer always takes good care of me, just like Charles did many times before. Spencer is customer-focused and very thorough. He explains what's going on to me in terms that I can understand. He lets me know when there is any delay in how long my car will be "in". My only complaint about the new Auto Nation is the reminders that I received for my service. I received no fewer than eight reminders, via every possible method - phone, text, email. I do not require 8 reminders. I am one of those people who actually honor their appointments, so one or two reminders will suffice. Hopefully there's a way to adjust that filter in their system. More
