Terrible experience. Waited 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. Techs left oil spots on inside of my car door from their hands. They did not reset any check engine lights, and the cost of the oil change in change. Techs left oil spots on inside of my car door from their hands. Came for oil change and tire rotation service and after vehicle was ready I discovered in parking lot that tires were not rotated. I went back inside to talk to them and asked to check if oil and filter we vehicle was ready I discovered in parking lot that tires were not rotated. I went back inside to talk to them and asked to check if oil and filter were actually changed. Manager came out and took my vehicle back into the shop for tire rotation. 15 minutes later my car was ready and I was also given a voucher for car wash. As soon as I started driving tire pressure monitor showed that one right front tire had low pressure. I didn't go back inside to waste time and nerves. I discovered a small Philips screw in that tire upon arrival home. Coincidence? Or revenge for the arguing with customer service representatives and accusing technicians of not doing their job right? I will never go to this dealership again even though I still have one more service left that was prepaid at the time when the vehicle was purchased. I don’t trust them anymore and would recommend people going for service/repair to check what they pay for, what is written in the paper given to them and to make sure that the job was actually done. More

This place can't seem to get anything right on the service side of the house. Both my girlfriend and I purchased our cars from here and anytime we've brought our cars back for service we encounter som service side of the house. Both my girlfriend and I purchased our cars from here and anytime we've brought our cars back for service we encounter some kind of issue. Most recently I brought my car in for a recall and also asked if they could patch two punctures in the same tire. When my car was ready, I saw someone pull it around and then it just sat there for nearly an hour before someone came to get me, it was even moved out of the way twice so other newly serviced cars could be picked up first. On top of that, when I got home I discovered that only one of the two punctures in the tire had been patched, and the other nail was still clearly visible in the tire. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but their ability to botch even the simplest of repairs is representative of their complete inability to handle more complex automotive service and customer service issues. Never going back. More
Terrible experience! Took my Ascent here for an AC evaporative pipe recall and they told me it would only take 2 hours but it took 3.5 hours. No one even bothered to let me know until I asked. Josh Parson was the adviser that checked my car in and he was nowhere to be found. After waiting 3.5 hours to get it done, one of the service advisor had the audacity to ask if I wanted to get an alignment and a fuel cleaner done and wait another hour or so, I mean seriously! I am never going back to this place, just horrible costumer service. Also, make sure to check and compare pricing from other Subaru dealerships because this place seems to charge an arm and leg. More

I had an appointment and it took about the time that was required. Kanin Prasertsin was a great help and I appreciate him keeping me informed of the progress of my repairs. Majority of the people that were waiting inside had masks and the furniture ensured social distancing was in compliance. More
poor service prep Planned for a recall on a fuel pump FP. Was heading out on vacation and needed it fixed asap as the car kept stalling when I pulled into traffic. Upon arrival, I was informed that my tank had to be less than 1/2 full. Was not informed in recall letter or when I scheduled the appt. They reused to do the work. Heading out on vacation on schedule; cannot delay. Wish us luck... More
