They had my car for 2 days for the driver's seat moving forward when I open the door, before I get in the car, and claimed they could not get my car to do what I said it was doing wrong, so I left, and imm forward when I open the door, before I get in the car, and claimed they could not get my car to do what I said it was doing wrong, so I left, and immediately the car acted up as I said it does every day. All the attendant said was "I'm sorry, you could schedule another appointment, and we can keep trying to get it to act up for us." It's a 7 month old car with low mileage. They were unsympathetic & I wonder about the quality of the technician. I may try another dealer as it's under warranty. Extremely disappointed and it was a waste of my time and very inconvenient. More

I received a text message from my service representative while I was on my way 10 minutes before my original appointment saying that they didn't have my tires ordered even though I had selected these during my booking. I had wished there was a prompt to submit an order at that time so I didn't have to wait another 2 weeks to get this done. But the courtesy Lyfts to and from work on my service date were extremely helpful and the communication from Stephanie was great. More
