Very disappointed with the 2 hour 15 minute time it took for just an oil change. the price was adjusted down to the employee rate due to the wait but interestly, it was still more than the cost of an oil for just an oil change. the price was adjusted down to the employee rate due to the wait but interestly, it was still more than the cost of an oil change at a dealership in Michigan. I had to go and ask what the status was after 1-1/2 hours because no one came to explain why it was taking so long. More

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and at that time, they assured me I would have FREE oil changes there for the life of the vehicle. This has always been upheld until this visit when the service time, they assured me I would have FREE oil changes there for the life of the vehicle. This has always been upheld until this visit when the service rep told me they were no longer honoring this promise. I've reported this to the general Subaru management but haven't heard any reply. I've worked for decades with Groove Subaru on Broadway and have always had honest encounters with them so I'm planning to only work with that deanship from now on. More

Taylor was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and very responsive.
