I was completely shocked, in a good way, by my experience at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe and in particular, with my service manager Nick Bethlenfalvay. They earned my trust, and I will be back. More

Performed service I asked them not to perform and then still charged me. The service they did perform was done poorly, I recieved my vehicle back with loose wheel nuts. I did not notice this until days la still charged me. The service they did perform was done poorly, I recieved my vehicle back with loose wheel nuts. I did not notice this until days later of driving, incredibly dangerous and scary. When I brought I back to the dealership all I got was a "sorry". No discount on my service or anything for the potential hazard to my life. Had a bad experience here last time as well, only go because it's close to my house. Will never be returning. More
