AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe - Service Center

When I made my appointment, I was told my car would be ready by 4pm. When I dropped off my car, I was told 5pm so I pushed back my dinner plans. I arrived back at 5pm and my car was not complete. They should have checked when I dropped it off. Took them about 45 mins to an an hour to do the work. Was told my car was ready at 6pm. Didn’t get my car until 6:30pm. Had to cancel my plans. The dumbest thing is I had to drop off my car at 8am and it wasn’t touched for hours and did not take the 7-8 hours that were quoted. Sure I had the oil changed too but that’s maybe another 30 mins to and hour so why did you need my car all day just not to touch it and wait my time. Seems to always happen here as my last two experience were not great either. More

Clutch went out on my 17' WRX and when we brought it in for service on Monday evening we were told that it would be by end of week (Friday) before the work was done.... but then I got a call Wednesday morn for service on Monday evening we were told that it would be by end of week (Friday) before the work was done.... but then I got a call Wednesday morning to let me know that not only was it done but they were taking care of some additional issues they found while fixing the clutch. Amazing! Taylor has been great to work with and I highly recommend not only AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe but Taylor Cox. More

Had my car In for a recall, they communicated well. The car took longer than anticipated which was ok. When I took my car in it was spotless just washed, when I got my car back it was filthy and Subaru did car took longer than anticipated which was ok. They should’ve at least done that after having my car there for a week, when originally it was just supposed to be there for 1 day. I had an appt scheduled for noon. I showed up 12mins early and was just waiting in my car waiting for someone to check me in. The advisor informed me he can do 10% off. I thank him and he told me time for completion is 1hr and 15mins. At 1:19pm a different advisor came to me in the waiting area since my advisor had to “step out.” The new advisor said “your cabin air filter is really dirty, would you like us to change it?” I told him no, I’ll do it myself. The new advisor said “okay we are just wrapping up your car now and I’ll have you out here shortly.” fast forward to 2:15pm I walk down to the service advisor desk and ask him what’s going on I’ve been waiting an hour since you said my car wad wrapping up. He told me to wait as he fumbled thru papers and keys and got me checked out. The wait time for an oil change was insane. I don’t recommend coming here if you have anything of value to do in your day. The wait time is unbearable and the service advisors are not professional. I was seated not far from their area and could hear them joking around with the shop employees. It was difficult to withstand knowing I had important things to attend to and they were all just joking around. More
