The customer service is good, but I went in for an oil change and a question about why my brights worked before my last service, then didn’t work when I got my car back. This resulted in my oil change tak change and a question about why my brights worked before my last service, then didn’t work when I got my car back. This resulted in my oil change taking 5 hours because of diagnostics and also I got my car back with the brights still not functioning because they were goin g to charge me to fix the problem which I believe they are responsible for in the first place. I cannot believe that these comments were made within public earshot! I will start servicing my car at Schomp Surbaru, and will never buy a car from this dealership again. Such disrespect for potential new car buyers! More
