Usually my husband brings the car in for service but because of continuing health problems, I am the primary driver. I will say the service was efficient and ere treated respectfully and with much courtesy. We purchased the car service policy when we bought the car and have been very pleased. After three years we have only 9600 miles on the car. It has performed just as we hoped and i# a great car for seniors like ourselves. I wanted a safe car and have been happy to let my children use it when they visit from out of state. We were not pressured to purchase any extras when we took the car in for a checkup, but they noted things that may need to be done on the next visit. More

Normally they do a pretty good job, but not yesterday. Requested synthetic oil change when making appointment, gave them a coupon for synthetic oil change, and told them again at drop off. Had an overall excellent service experience. My 2021 Ascent had what I thought was a battery problem, After thorough tests it was discovered I needed a new module that was causing the drainage. Austin was fabulous with his communication and kept me updated the whole time. Took one week to get my car back but I was given a loaner car. Am so grateful for the wonderful service and that they discovered the underlying problem and fixed it! Oh…it was all on warranty. Didn’t cost a dime! More

I had been told by another oil change provider that I needed my alignment checked and that I needed 4 new tires. I took my car to AutoNation Subaru for a second opinion. They were extremely helpful.
