I have brought my Forester back to Auto Nation for a couple of repairs, (recalls, etc). They have been superb! I have never experienced such personal attention, attention to detail, excellence in servic couple of repairs, (recalls, etc). They have been superb! I was very pleased with the service I received. I arrived to my appointment on time, was met immediately, and was met by Jessica S. who was handling my service. I took my car here for my 2nd oil change. The gentleman , I believe his name was Waleed was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. From the time I pulled into there service areas the service Mr. Waleed provided was world class customer service. He explained was was being done with the my car, approximately how long it will take and answered my questions. He walked me to the waiting room, pointed to the coffee/tea/water availability, came back 2c to provide update on my car. I would definitely continue to bring my car here. Purchased a Forester from this location last year and it was a friendly and transparent process as far as car buying goes. They did their best to find me the best rate for my payments. I’ve gone in for stan was a friendly and transparent process as far as car buying goes. They did their best to find me the best rate for my payments. I’ve gone in for standard service (oil changes, tire rotation, fluid top off) over the last year and everyone is very friendly, transparent about services rendered and the time it takes to complete service. I thought my service was quick. They also have a nice lounge area with working WiFi and a coffee area. Bathrooms are also very clean. Waleed was my service tech for my appointment yesterday and he was very friendly, keeping me updated on the services to my car and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. More
