We were having our oil changed but our rep went over the 60000 mile service step by step so we could decipher what we still needed to with no pressure applied at all. I even explained that I would never pay 60000 mile service step by step so we could decipher what we still needed to with no pressure applied at all. I even explained that I would never pay $1100 for changing the spark plugs at the dealer. Nick explained that this was not a correct cost and gave us the correct pricing which was much more reasonable. He explained that the $1100 included everything we had discussed for a 60000 mile service. I explained that I had called the service number to get a price and the $1100 was given to me for just replacing spark plugs and I was glad I asked about the cost with him. Thank goodness for Nick and his excellent customer service skills as well as patience. More
