I made an appointment to service my still relatively new Subaru Crosstrek. I had to reschedule due to emergency oral surgery and I had no problems selecting a new date. Staff was very helpful. Upon my arrival I was greeted by an older gentleman who graciously directed to a staff member and placed protective paper in my clean car. I regret not recalling his name but he was very nice. The staff person, I think her name was Clarissa, was helpful and explained my service. She explained options clearly without being pushy and I chose to purchase them. The lounge was clean and pleasant, though I didn't care for the TV channel. I chose to sit in a quiet place behind the TV and caught up on my email. The coffee was very good considering it was being made by a machine. The time for my service was as expected. Great customer sevice from beginning to end. More

Recently went in for an oil change and air conditioning fix, as well as a question on the condition of my brakes. Jessica helped me out and I was out of there in way less time than I was expecting! I appreciated that even though I had brought up a concern about the brakes, they were honest and said they had quite a bit of life left in them still (nearly 80k miles on the original brakes!). More
