This dealer tacked on unnecessary items to my 30k mile servicing. I use the word unnecessary because on the dealers own website these services (transmission flush and engine fluid replacement) were not li servicing. I use the word unnecessary because on the dealers own website these services (transmission flush and engine fluid replacement) were not listed as typical. These services would have doubled my bill from 600ish to over 1300, and so it seemed pretty unethical to tack them on without even an explanation of why they were there. Cut to a few weeks later (today) and my car is apparently out of wiper fluid, something they said they topped off for me, but I guess not! I had been thinking about taking my business elsewhere, but this just made it clear cut I need to. Thanks for that! More
