The superstar here is really Jaymes Nelson who saved the day. After getting quoted incorrectly from another employee, Jaymes stepped in and re-directed to service, went and got the part, brought it to service, and Jessica handled the install perfectly. These are really good people, management should consider two things: 1. Promote both of them, or at least give them some more money, and 2. You are losing a lot of business with your oil change pricing - it's like bananas, everyone knows the cost of bananas is about $1.50 a pound, but Subaru pricing would be $4.50 a pound, everyone knows the cost of an oil change - your's is just too high. You are probably missing a lot of revenue that the star employee's above can produce. I'm giving 5 stars because clearly management employs exceptional people at this dealership - refreshing! More

I've had good experiences here in the past but I really wasn't happy with my recent service. I took my car in to have work done on the wheel, brakes, and computer. They replaced a tire and got the computer wasn't happy with my recent service. I took my car in to have work done on the wheel, brakes, and computer. They replaced a tire and got the computer working, however, they didn't replace the wheel until after I called back confirming it was alright, which caused me to need to wait an extra day to get it replaced. I understand that they want approvals before making a repair, but that was the reason I brought it in, it would have been nice if they just proceeded with that. But what really bothered me was that they didn't service the brakes. I told them when dropping it off to perform any needed service to the brakes. I drive 120 miles a day so brakes are a real concern. When I came to pick up, however, they told me the brakes were low and needed to be replaced soon and didn't even address the noise they're making. So after 5 days waiting and spending $1200 on a rental car, I still don't have a vehicle that's road-ready. The service people are all nice here and accommodated a late pick-up for me which was great, but I really wish they would've done better in the actual repairs/servicing. More
