I came in to get an oil change and for an issue with my stereo. When I arrived I explained the issue with my stereo. They told me to take a video the next time it happens and bring it back in. I have always given a 5 star review for this dealerships service department. However, on this visit, I told our service writer that I was having problems getting my lift gate up on my Outback.
