We live in Mesa County and had the transmission replaced in Grand Junction 2 weeks earlier. While visiting in Parker, the newly replaced transmission failed again and AutoNation Subaru replaced the transmi in Grand Junction 2 weeks earlier. The service we received was prompt, courteous, and as effortless on our part as reasonable under the circumstances.. The car they loaned us was nearly new with most of the same features as our car. I had just bought my Subaru and wanted to get it checked over before the warranty expired. I made an appointment online (SUPER easy) and when I brought my car in, the person I was scheduled to meet was avai over before the warranty expired. Ean listened to all of my concerns and took pictures of my entire vehicle. I got a call later that day from Ean who said they techs caught a recall that I was not even aware of and that replacement was added to my list of repairs. A couple of days passed and I called to ask when my car might be ready. Ean told me that it was taking a little longer than expected to work with the warranty department, so he offered a courtest car to me to use. That was a great piece of customer service that I was not expecting. When I got my car back, all of the issues had been resolved and I was on my way. It was an easy experience working with the Service team at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe! More
