AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe - Service Center

I had just bought my Subaru and wanted to get it checked over before the warranty expired. I made an appointment online (SUPER easy) and when I brought my car in, the person I was scheduled to meet was avai over before the warranty expired. Ean listened to all of my concerns and took pictures of my entire vehicle. I got a call later that day from Ean who said they techs caught a recall that I was not even aware of and that replacement was added to my list of repairs. A couple of days passed and I called to ask when my car might be ready. Ean told me that it was taking a little longer than expected to work with the warranty department, so he offered a courtest car to me to use. That was a great piece of customer service that I was not expecting. When I got my car back, all of the issues had been resolved and I was on my way. It was an easy experience working with the Service team at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe! More
