This dealership was always exceptional, but it still manages to get better each time. Although there were several cars ahead of me when I arrived, I was checked in immediately. I was told the work on my SUV would take about an hour and a half and it actually took about an hour and fifteen minutes. Very efficient considering the number of cars ahead of me and the number of things to be done on mine. It's also nice to have a comfortable place to sit while waiting. Mr. Prasertsin quickly noted items that should be replaced, explaining why and asking if I wanted to do it at this time. He also kept in touch with pricing and updates while I waited and was very quick with the checkout and returning my vehicle to me. I also appreciated his giving me his business card with his direct phone number in the event I had questions or concerns at a later date. More
I probably will not be returning to this dealership for future servicing of my vehicle. First, I was sent a card promising certain items 3-year service items (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) for a given future servicing of my vehicle. First, I was sent a card promising certain items 3-year service items (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) for a given price (I believe it was $90 but could have been $99) yet I was charged more than $20 above that for the promised services. Second, I bought this vehicle from this dealership and expect it to stand behind their product. The voice recognition and navigation systems are horrible, but at each scheduled service appointment when I pointed this out, the service department refused to do anything about resolving the issues. After receiving directions for a DYI updating process, I spent many hours in that endeavor that did nothing to improve these features. On the last visit, the Service Department attitude was "not our problem." Not what I expected from the dealership that sold me the product. More
This was my first visit to the Subaru dealership and I was very impressed. Taylor was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process and my car was ready a lot sooner than expected.
