Dylan our service agent was professional, attentive and strived to provide us with high quality service. The technicians working on my car though did not demonstrate this same quality. I do not know what really occured to cause this - other customers coming in after me with the same service type were completed in 4-5 hrs. To top this off when I received my vehicle back - my low tire pressure light came on within minutes of leaving the dealership - My husband found that air was removed from my tires dropping the pressure in them to 28 - it had been at 33.
