Sorry to say that but my experience was awful. I had a scheduled appointment for regular oil change and tire rotation. And guess what... right - tires weren't rotated, the air pressure wasn't checked and scheduled appointment for regular oil change and tire rotation. Recently took my Forester in for winter checkup. A problem was found resulting in a considerable cost. Considering my car is 16 years old I was not surprised!
