Super easy experience with a fun and friendly environment! It was nice to see the coworkers having a good time with each other and presumably enjoying their jobs! Because of heavy traffic I was late arriving for my routine oil change and tire rotation. The service department did still got me in and out within an hour. The Girl ,Service Agent ,was very friendly and helpful and efficient. She said it would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour .I said ,great, I am waiting in the lounge. Sure enough , she got me after an hour a and efficient. She said it would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour .I said ,great, I am waiting in the lounge. The service was okay. The only complaint I have, Is that they dented my car! They said they would take care of it and call me on Monday to schedule an appointment. But that never happened.
