I’m furious with this dealer and will never take my car back. Had a warranty issue with my seat 2020 outback. The leather was buckling, wrinkles in it. Took it in they so called fix it, it’s worse than back. Had a warranty issue with my seat 2020 outback. The leather was buckling, wrinkles in it. Took it in they so called fix it, it’s worse than before. Broke the seat housing , gashed the seat belt guard. Vehicle was filthy. I take pride in my vehicle and keeping it spotless. I’m disappointed, the communication sucks and they don’t give a crap! This should not be happening to a vehicle with 20,000 miles on it. They blamed that the driver seat gets used more! I will have to find another dealer to fix this mess they created! I am Beyond furious ! Contacted Subaru of America and they have been helpful saw the pictures and commented that this was unacceptable! I wouldn’t service my vehicle at this dealer if it was free! I have an independent Subaru mechanic that treats my vehicle better than this crap! More

Really pleased with the ordering and delivery of my 2022 Outback. It came weeks earlier than estimated, so they set my expectations appropriately and the final bill was exactly as we agreed.
